When we were moving to Bloomington, I was nervous about buying a home relatively quickly in a new city that I was completely unfamiliar with. Amy was excellent! When there is a house for sale in our neighborhood, Amy is able to tell us about the home and give us realistic estimates for how long it will take and how much the house will sell for. (We like to know how other houses are selling so we can have an idea of the market and our home value). Amy is fair and knows how much houses are worth in the current market.
